Hmm. I picked out a beautiful Oscar at my LPS and it flopped out of the net when they caught it. It hit the floor, but I took it anyway. It died the next day, but the pet store replaced it.
My husband for some insane reason bought a MM H. lividium, and that poor old fella kicked the bucket within two weeks.
