Being that I live in Costa Rica I have access to species either rare, common or undiscovered.

I know you need a license to ship live spiders to different countries. What about eggs. Can I somehow get away with sending my friend a sac? They're not technically... live. Yet. ;)

Any advice would be amazing!

Basically your asking if you can poach and then smuggle your haul out of the country..

If your caught you will likely face fines or possible jail time for collecting native wild life with out a permit on top of the smuggling charges.

So let me ask you this.. How are the prisons in Costa Rica? o_O...

Well technically they are alive. I'm not sure where you got that from, but it's false. I'm also pretty sure they have to be rotated during development, so shipping might harm the already sensitive eggs there.
