Ok I wasn't for sure were to put this so mods move it if need be. Well I have a guy wanting to buy some tarantulas from me, but he lives in the UK and I reside in the USA. I told him I was pretty sure I needed a liscense to ship to him. He asked if I could double check for him. So am I right or what exactly is the law if there is one at all? Thanks and sorry for if this is a dumb question.

Yes you need an exporting permit to ship to another country.
