Was actually doing some research into Greenbottle for a little bit and it seems to be "The Popular" choice among these forums and it seems you can't go wrong with them, what with them being hardy and all. Thanks for the recommendation! I will make a note of it and keep my eye out for any bargains before his birthday, who knows he may get it early if the price is right.Get him something fast-growing like a Greenbottle or an A. geniculata. Oh wait, I just reread that post, he's 4 years old? First of all, awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! Second of all, even though tarantulas are great for kids, I think 4 might be a BIT young. I'd get him something non-venomous first, like a millipede. You can tell him not to handle until you're blue in the face, but as soon as you turn around, he's gonna reach right into that enclosure and grab that spider in his little hand. Was actually doing some research into Greenbottle for a little bit and it seems to be "The Popular" choice among these forums and it seems you can't go wrong with them, what with them being hardy and all.
