I would agree with you it is a female. Here is a link that describes how How to sex Heterometrus spp. The genital operculum points downward, and the pectin are more vertical than horizontal (points downward instead of flat) Here is a LINK to a thread I asked about a scorps ID and was told that mine was a female you can compare the pics yourself. But I would say I'm 100% sure you have a female.
