Sexing/breeding Wheel Bugs? (Arilus cristatus)

So all three of my wheel bug nymphs have matured and I'm pretty sure I have two males and one female, going off body size. One of them is significantly larger than the other two - particularly her(?) abdomen.

So, has anybody ever bred these guys? Any tips, other than feeding them well and then putting them into the same enclosure? I'd really like to get some babies, but I'd prefer none of the adults eat each other if I introduce them incorrectly.
