P. irminia are extremely easy to sex as they are sexually dimorphic. The males loose their color and the females retain the stripes and vibrant black. What you have is most definitely a female.

Well, the males are dimorphic when they mature. I have a prepenultimate male P. irminia and he's just as vibrant coloured as our mature female. It actually looks pretty male to me ventrally.

I was going to guess male based on the ventral pics. I was confused by psykoink's post at first because I was positive they didn't change colors until they matured. Thanks for clarifying that, Cass.

Ya looks male for sure...prolly be Mature next molt, or 2.........my last MM irminia took 8 or 9 molts, to go from 1i to MM, in less than a year

That is male. As stated males are only sexually dimorphic upon maturing.
