There are several ways that emps can be sexed. Not all are reliable and others are dependent on characters that two people may view differently (size of the chelae and shape). The best way to learn to compare sexually dimorphic characters is to contact some of the online dealers/breeders and purchase a sexed pair of emps then, compare characters such as chelal shape and size, pectinal length and the lengths and formations of the pectinal teeth; the genital operculum.
I just visited the site you posted. As you can well see by the photos posted on Boris' site, the GO of fems is roughly "heart-shaped", with very distinct bilobation. Those of males tend to be simply ovoid with very minimal bilobation. Also, as you can see, even younger pre-adult fems have well defined bilobation.
Anyway, if you're going to get a male, I suggest you contact any of the well known scorp dealers and ask if they can send you an accurately sexed adult male. Good luck!
