Hi, I'm new on the forum, I recently bought a H. Cyaneus and I wanted to understand the difference between male and female and be able to sex my scorpion, I asked in a group on fb but I had different opinions according to which one said 100% male and the other female, so I did not conclude anything. I would like to know from you what sex it is and above all how to know the differences myself

There are various diffrences.
Operculum, oval is male.
Pectinal tooth, count them.
Pectinal organ "longer than the width of the body" = male
Tarsus hook, male.
Wider Arms, shorter body. Females appear more "fat".
Some vary of Instar and ofc how fed the scorpion is.


Well your pictures are very unclear, the angle is bad. I'd say male but no wonder you have diffrent answers.
