So I recently bought a couple of small(1/2") scorplings. I'm having a hard time finding small enough feeders for them and was wondering if I could feed them some dwarf white isopods? Would they be safe for them to eat?

You could try it.
Be sure to take out any isopods that the scorpling doesn't eat.
Isopods are dangerous to scorpions that are near/in/after a molt, the isopod will eat the scorpion while its exoskeleton is weak and soft.
Skorplings are never far away from a molt, so be careful !
Many keepers cut a meal worm in half and crush the head of the meal worm and feed that to scorplings.
Meal worms are easy to get and with a crushed head they won't be of any danger to your scorplings.

Babies will scavenge, so you can put in fresh pre-killed prey and it won't matter if it's a bit big for them.

Mealworms to are great. Easy to get hold off, small- easy to breed.

I have 2nd instar petersii scorplings feeding on small mealworms with a crushed head and or small crickets with a crushed head. No problems.
