Scorpion white thingy underneath

Why is it that my baby scorp have this white thing under its body like a pair of legs but not fullr devwloped, but it got all its legs.

Like others have said on here, those are its pectines. They brush the substrate so little Scorpy can pick up scents and things. Males have longer, brushier pectines and females have smaller pectines with shorter brushes. They're like feelers/antennae.
