I just bought this guy about a month ago as far as I know it may have came from an Egyptian import but I am not 100% certain any help would be much appreciated

It could be the Egyptian Gold Scorpion Buthacus Occidentalis.
It doesn't look like a deathstalker scorpion, as they have features on them that make them a bit more identifiable!
