Scorpion Exporters

So, a friend of mine is looking for importing scorpions. He's looking for about 100-200 scorpions. All adults, and he doesn't care if they are WC or CB. He wants only large species, like Asian Fortests and Emperors or even Flat Rocks... He has permits and everything...
Does anyone here knows someone from Africa or East Asia that exports scorpions?
