Hello, I've been watching few youtube vids lately and seems like the scientific names are pronounced quite uniquely.

Could those who knows how to pronounce names contribute to this thread?{D

Thanks,
Kevin

Hey y'all, Hate to be a killjoy but comparison of at least a few of the pronunciations between these two sites further enforces my outlook on it- Tuh may toe, tuh mah toe- So long as genera and species are spelled correctly- which by the way- is it Lampropelma violaceopes or violaceopedes. Search of either brings up the same t :) Terry

True, but it's still good to know how to refer to your Ts in speech. People always ask me about mine & I try to use latin names rather then common to help reinforce my stance on not using common name.
