Round 3...

Been checking on our Phiddipus Audax, as she hasn’t been present lately. She made a nice hammock in her recent home and eating well. She’s produced 2 sacs in the last 10ish months or so, and yesterday I noticed a bulge in her hammock. Round 3 anyone?

Nothin like trying to pic up pin head sized jumpers to put in tiny cups. I was hoping she’d be done after 2

Definitely could be! My Phidippus sp. laid 3 sacks if I remember correctly.

I've got a so far uniidentified jumping spider that laid 2 sacs and now has disappeared into the nest and hasn't been seen for a few weeks.....I was wondering the other day if they could produce triple sacs, so this thread caught my interest

I had a Phidippus produce 6 sacs...she was also wild caught as an adult so...
