I got a trio (1.2) of these beauties as my first scorpion group. They arrived yesterday and I put them together in this nice terrarium. They chilled for a while after a long shipping journey and after the resting period, 1.1 were locked today! They were completely locked for hours and are now at this position :

The other female is hiding in the other log, one claw is visible.

Wow these guys are monsters! I just offered the idle female an adult female dubia and "wow" she took care of it fast! A tarantula that size would never be able to do that.

i feed mine a few crickets in the tank, i have never seen them eat a cricket, yet when i feed them super worms, they will take them right out of my hand, jam them in their mouths and run around like they're saying "look what i have! you cant catch me!" it's awesome.... although it takes my emps about 2+ hrs to finish off a superworm....

Terrarium is simple but good looking in my opinion. Nice 30x30x30 cm glass tank, filled with 3 inches or so substrate (peat moss+coco coir) and three cork bark hides for hiding and wood surface. I will try to take a more general picture soon.

These are custom made. I got these from a buddy of mine and he gets them made here in Switzerland somewhere. You can get the dimensions according to the specifications of the animals.

I gave my friend two older adults that came as freebies with this shipment and he gave me a couple of these terrariums as a gift. I am gonna use the other one for the P.murinus adult I am receiving this Wednesday.
