Removing b lateralis from T enclosure

Simple enough my B vagans, (Leo) is now in premolt and there is still a live roach in his enclosure how do i remove it? The damn thing is so quick and slippery. Any tips and tricks are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Do you own a pair of long tongs? Thats the easiest way, another thing to try is to give something the roach can run up and out of the enclosure. Worst case scenario kill the roach and then remove it.

Put something down the roach will eat, and while it's busy just grab it.

Is it wedged in a tight space? Or maybe in your Ts burrow? If not just snatch it out with your tongs, shouldn't be too difficult...
