Most Lasiadora comes from Brazil then range down to Argentina
There some in Costa Rica

They are very far away from here Ana. They live in the Northern Brazilian Atlantic Forest and surrounding areas. For example; L. klugi from Pernambuco, L. parahybana from Paraíba, L. striatipes from Bahía, etc. I don't believe they are dry areas, but seasonal atlantic forest rains mostly.
