red runner roach help

so i like to keep feeder insect for my pets and recently im trying to create a successful red runner colony, i have around 250 and they've been breeding perfectly but for some reason the eggs haven't really being hatching i believe it is because of the humidity any tips on how i can increase humidity levels?

No enclosure stats, or any stats at all. I can tell you as much about hem as I can about as I can top notch kept species...
Edit: you need a pocket of moist substrate. That's what the females drop their ooths in. It needs to stay moist too. But the eggs can drown if it is too moist.
