'Red night light' during the day?

Is it ok to use a red heat light during the day ( their is real light getting through the window as well) or should i buy a normal heat lamp for my scorp during the day? she doesnt seem to be as active as she used to be before i started using it during the day (maybe because she is tricked its night time, and needs to sleep at night now?) ive no idea lol, please assist.

I see no reason why not. Especially if you have natural light during the day as well. Most people here seem to agree that Scorpions either do not see the red, or are not bothered by it.

There shouldn't be a problem using it at different times of the day, light is light as long as it isn't blacklights.

i have a red heat lamp all day and night, my scorps still come out at night regularly to do what they do. nothing abnormal
