Problem recent arachnosupporter upgrade

I purchased the Arachnosupporter upgrade several days ago (and this is noted in my account), but am still unable to reply to classifieds. The note says I still have insufficient privileges to respond. How do I proceed so that I can take advantage of classifieds? Thank you.

Only the poster can reply to classified ads. If you wish to contact a seller you need to private message them

Click on their avatar and a drop will pop up then choose start conversation
