Reattatching heat pad?

Ok so the glue wore off, what can I use to glue it back on?

I have a heat pad on a tank on a tanks stand stand with no center support so,

The wires weight from hanging pulled it off. So just tape the edges or over the entire thing?

I was thinking that because its what people use to attach flexwatt to cages. I've never tried though so didnt want to just spout off some misinformation.

Where do you get heat tape? Menards employees look at me like I'm strange when I ask lol!
