re-conversion of fish-tank

Hi guys,

I've got a 190L corner aquarium that I've been using as a terrarium the past 4-5 years and I'd like to go back to keeping fish in it. What's the best way of cleaning it out and ready for use again?

i'd bleach it out and reseal the seams just in case

I'll try that, might outsource it though^^ Never done it myself.
