Rainbow millipede not eating or drinking

My rainbow millipede is not eating or drinking. It is half the length of a adult. I've had it for 2 months now...
What food do it like, and how do I fix this problem??

Tonkinbolus dollfusi? They mostly eat decaying leaves and wood, so if you have those in the substrate, you probably just haven't noticed it eating. It also gets moisture from the substrate.
