I work night shift so I’m up at nights. The other night I was cleaning out my car with a head lamp on and saw all these glowing dots in the grass. I thought it was water droplets but for some reason I decided to look closer and low and behold it was a Rabid Wolf Spider, I checked a few other of the spots and it was all the same, hundreds of them in my flower beds. I’m thinking of catching one and setting up an enclosure for it. And suggestions on how to keep them?

I expect it would be extremely easy. A decent amount of floor space, some cork bark and stuff for enrichment, and cocoa/peat stuff/dirt for substrate. And a water dish with pebbles to not drown. Thats about all you need I would say.

Pebbles in water dish aren't recommended since spiders (including tarantulas) are water resistant and are just fine when they have to cross a river. Many can float and simply swim across. Wolf spiders are no exception and are in fact quite adept at aqueous situations. Plus they just provide more surface area for bacteria. And they won't stop the spider from flipping the water dish.
