in general spiders usually have 8 eyes but the sicarius i believe from africa have 6, i have seen some with 4, but not 2

There are many others with six eyes: Oonodidae, Dysderidae, Scytodidae, Loxoscelidae, Diguetdae, also some Pholcidae. Any others?

There is also a cave dwelling genus of Theraphosidae, Spelopelma, that have no eyes!

But yeah, most have eight.

Wow! It is Wikipedia, but it says they can have, 2, 3!, 4, 5!, 6 or 8 eyes!!! Now all we need is a cyclops spider!:D
