my spiderling who has made a burrow in the substrate and like locked itself into it had a drop of what looked like to me, water in it's mouth when i looked earlier this morning... is this a bad thing? i don't have a water dish in there for him, due to the fact he's so small, so i'm wondering what it is... also, should i make it so that there's an entrance to the burrow instead of him sitting underground with no way out? i mean i would believe he did this for a reason and would dig out if he wanted to, but i'm just not sure.

Everything's fine and sounds normal.
Do not dig him out or interfere with his grand works.:D
He knows what he's doing.

any idea what the supposed water droplet in his mouth is? i don't know how he could've gotten water aside from when i drip water onto the substrate every once in a while.

They will sometimes regurgitate liquid for seemingly no reason at all, or to use to clean their legs.
