Hey guys I had a question about changing substrate. I know I could easily find information on this by googling it but I want peoples personal opinions rather than an article where I can't ask questions. Ok Im not scared at all of changing the substrate of my smithi and rosea but I am a little nervous about changing my P regalis's... She's about 6 inches and I just got her. How do you guys recommend I get her out for substrate changing and maintenance...I've read some of the bite reports and all I have to say is yikes!

For my fast tarantulas I have used Hobo's "containment pouch method"
