PZB odd molt or just flipped over?

Well my E. campestratus molted a week ago it is around 3.5 inches and now it is flipped over again? Now with the molt a week ago it lost its first leg on its right side could it be forcing a molt to re-grow it this soon? Or is it just flipped over and cannot get back on its legs like a turtle flipped over on its shell?

EDIT: Well, it just flipped back over on its legs and is moving around. I guess it was just stuck?
