Rehoming with a fee is a term that being used as a loophole on places like CL and FB where selling live animals is prohibited, but rehoming/ adopting is allowed, thats all it is.
Im not sure why people are getting upset over it?
Tarantulas illegal in Florida? I sure hope not, Id be facing like 32 charges if it was.
Reading the stature posted, it seems that technically if I was buying a few slings from a seller in NY and getting them shipped to me that might be a violation?
