Wow, very nice. Curious though, do they coat their egg sacs in urticating hairs? It looks like it is covered in 'em.

A number of new world species do this. The hairs work to prevent parasitic worms from entering the eggsac in the wild. In captivity it makes for an unpleasant reminder of why you should sometimes wear gloves when dealing with certain species.

Makes absolute sense and I know they do it with molting mats, just haven't seen it with egg sacs. Pretty cool.

Bravo, sir. :clap: When was the last time someone hatched out a sac of these guys here in the US? Not lately.
