Pterostichus in captivity?

Pterostichus: can i keep this beetle in captivity, what should i feed it on?

oh yeah,the common black ground beetle:clap: very easy to keep,and they will even breed for ya,as long as you have fairly deep semi-moist substrate for them, and they love waxworms and mealworms.ive kept these they make great captives

Alright wicked, can i keep them together? Because im not sure how/if you can sex them!
