Problem with A. seemani

Has anyone seen anything like this before? The small spot at the sternum concerns me as well.

Looks like an injury of some sort, it looks like it happened not to long ago as well. I'd say something injured it, whether a decoration in your enclosure or a fall from a distant height or probably burned if you used a heat pad. We can't say for something what it is, but pictures of its enclosure would help for sure to give us an idea on what could've possibly happened.
