I’ve had hissers for five years and theyve never had any issue for breeding however I bought 4 hissers (three female and one male) as I wanted to add a different line to my current colony. I’ve never spent so much time wondering if my hissers were pregnant but all 3 new females do look quite plump and have little to no activity. I bought them end of January and it’s now March. I was thinking they may be pregnant and have since separated them to get an accurate count but still no babies. I read somewhere it can take a good 90 days. Which should line up with the end of this month. They’re located in my office where they get normal day/night cycles and it’s the warmest room in the house. Just curious if because I bought them at an exotics event if they were just overly fat for food.
