Nope, not a loxosceles. It could be a small huntsman, or a crab spider, but it is NOT any kind of recluse spider.

To me it looks like a Philodromidae or Heteropodidae! That is definately no Loxosceles rufescens!
Maybe Olios sp?

This is not meant as an offence to you P.Portela, just something that caught my eye a few times:
Strange phenomenon, often when recluses are shown in one thread, a lot of other threads are started afterwards, with people concerned about various brown spiders in their home.
Not every brownish spider is a recluse or a "hobo-spider", don't panic!!!
(And i'm not saying, that it is necessary to panic, when there are recluses in your house)

greets Bernhard

For Spaceman_Spiff:

I haven´t panic, I love the spiders, isn´t a problem for me live with dangerous spiders, the real reason of this post is my girlfriend who wonts to know the specie of this spider because I find it in her house.
I find a lot kinds of spiders in her house but I only show these because she looks a new in the public TV of Loxosceles rufescens bite in Spain and the forme is similar. She doesn´t believe me when I try to explain her the difference with a Recluse spider and this beautiful unknow spider.

Hey @Portela: I've read, there weren't ANY poisonous animals/spiders on the balearic islands. Do you know, if that's true?
