I've seen a few threads with similar situations. Two of which were just naughty Ts with poop around their mouthparts. I saw one where the T had a nematode infestation. If you recently purchased it, maybe there was a possibility that the T was wild caught, hence the possiblity of a parasite infestation? If I were you I would try to get a closer look at the substance
