...possible dks? :(...

posted a couple videos on youtube...(wouldnt let me post them here)...not sure if this is dks symptoms...the spazziness has been getting worse since her molt about 3 weeks ago, and she had a major attitude change before the molt (used to be way mellow, but the started getting jumpy)...i didnt feed her 2 days ago (food day), fed her 3 days before that and she ate, but she didnt eat the food day before that...she always has water, but usually makes a mess of it...there arent any mites, pinheads, etc in the cage...im not sure what to do for...any constructive advice welcome...

While I cannot say for certain, no one really knows the full symptoms, effects nor reasoning behind DKS I would have to unfortunately say it looks to be.

Not ever seeing this in person yet view video's over the past year of what others have called/thought to be DKS is seems very similar and the T's movements are quite erratic.

There are many other sources of info and video's here you search/find that you could compare. I wish you the best of luck with your little one.

when you search on this forum and another one, for dks nothing comes up...i had a little time to look this am and it seemed to fit very well...none of my 20 other t's are having symptoms...i have no idea what could have caused this, or what to do for her...shes my first t and dont want to lose her...ty...

Ah yea the search won't take just DKS you have to put in further search terms however please reference this search I just did and see if this yields some more results for you.

If not go to advanced search and place "dyskinetic" as the search term and choose just the Tarantula forums and make sure the bottom check is checked to search all child forums and you should have the same results as I linked above. Sometimes depending on the number of searches the SearchID above will be removed from the sites cache and you have to re-issue a new one.

I can't tell you if that's "DKS" or not, but if you haven't already, move her away from the other Ts, in a different room just in case it may jump to the others.
