Possible blister?

Hi, I have a B. Vagans and I saw today while taking a oicture there was a white bump. I hear people say it could be fungus or mold but it does not look fuzzy and his substrate is dry. Any idea what it may be and how to remove it?

Probably would cause more damage than it would help the T. Not sure if Ts can get blisters like humans.

The next molt may or may not show a return to normal appearance. I have a similar issue with a Brachy, next molt only a reduction of size, smoothing over of surface, but normal phenotype not returned yet.
