Poecilotheria observation, is this normal?

Hi all,

I have noticed that my newly shed Poecilotheria miranda is light blue (but very apparent) on the legs and Fovea/Carapace. This is very suprising for me as this is my first P. miranda and I have only ever seen pictures of more purple colored (legs primarily) individuals and never heard of this type of color change.

Well I talked to a friend over the phone who has tried the exact same thing but with a P. formosa.
So my question to you out there is if you have ever experienced anything like this and if this is "normal" when dealing with certain Poecilotheria?

any thoughts are most appriciated.

Best regards
Bertelsen

alot of tarantulas have that "sheen " on them after molting , you just have to look at them with the right light, in my first review , that halpo, i sent to frank , in the you tube video, it had a metallic green / blue hue to it , my ornata has alot of purple on her after her last molt , but the colors fade just like a rainbow does with time
