It is a Bothriurid scorpion, that's the only thing I can see from the habitus. I am not gonna touch genus or even species, cause I cannot see this from a picture alone,and this applies to everyone of course.

my friend told me that he had got this one from Cuba。。。

Maybe a Heteronebo or even Didymocentrus species, if it is really from Cuba. Imposibble to say from a picture alone, and I am not very good with Bothriurids, I would need to slam it under the microscope and try to key it out.....
