Do they keep the black and orange color or does it change as they grow.

They are gorgeous! Congrats on your lucky purchase!

I'm curious: how much of the day do they spend in huddles? I wonder if under natural conditions they would aggregate by brood?

Excellent pictures :)

Thanks, I was lucky!

They actually spend most of the day huddled together.
The only time they really separate themselves from each other is when they panic, or when they feed.
They share too.;)

I wonder how long I have until they cannibalize, but too bad I won't know for sure since I'm shipping them out in a week.

How cool. I can't wait to try some Scolopendra. I'm practicing on some stone centipedes. They seem to ignore prekilled. :?

How many will you keep? Do you know how many you got total?

--Dan
I'll probably keep just one or two for myself.
I think I have around 30 of them... For some reason, it looks like either they're in a tighter clump, or they've been cannibalizing.

Dam I want one :p, where you shipping them to?
I'll be shipping them to Germany.:D

All my scolopendra take pre-killed.
