This spider is growing in the garden of my house... it is poisonous? Are dangerous the animals or children?

Could you please get a better picture of it?
And could you please tell us where you are located?

I can't tell you what species of spider you have there, but i think it is save to say that this spider is not dangerous to you or your children, it does not resemble any medical significant spider that i know of.

I think it is save to narrow it down to the families Theridiidae, Araneidae or Metidae (now Tetragnathidae), but that's all i can say from your picture.

It looks like a theridiid, but is your garden in Spain, Puerto Rico or in Tanzania? It would help to know.
The only one I know with white spots is Steatoda albomaculata, but it does not seem to be the right habitat nor the right shape of the abdomen. Are you sure you haven't painted it?

Well, the pic was taken in Niteroi city, near of Rio de Janeiro, SouthEast of Brazil.

Latrodectus do not build orb webs....they build cobwebs. that's all i have to add here lol, sorry

The second pic you posted looks like a Larinioides sp. orbweaver ( formerly Nuctenea ), all of which are harmless.

Please take a photo from where we can count if it has six or eight legs...
What does it look like? The last one looks quite different from the first one. Does it make an orbweb or a 3D criss cross crass?

Also looks like A. quadratus or the common shamrock spider which is found pretty much all through the Americas even up here in Michigan.
It can have any color abdomen but it will have 4 well defined white spots with a few smaller ones.
sometimes they fold leaves and hide there or they make a web hide like in your pics

Araneus quadratus is a Palearctic spider and do not occur in NAm. I don't think the spider is Araneus at all. Could Jagger try to take a better photo, please.
