I'm with crawltech on this one. It doesn't look good and it possibly looks like nematodes. If you have other Ts separate and quarantine it ASAP, until you can figure out what is going on with it. Nematodes can be contagious, but some quick searches in the Tarantula section should bring up info on them for you. I have never had them.

Put the spider in a petri-dish with some water, OR catch some of the goo and put it on some clear glass and dilute it a bit. You'll see nematodes if that is what it is. It could also just be a mess due to some fecal material, but I'm not too hopeful.

If it is nematodes, I would suggest euthanizing the animal, throwing everything away in the enclosure and putting the enclosure in the the hottest sun you can for a few days. If you have any "gnats" or "flies", or actually phorid flies around, they can vector the nematodes to other animals.

Again, confirm the nematodes first.

T's can get some sort of internal fungal or "yeast" infection that has similar symptoms. Do as esoteric suggests, dilute some of that discharge in water. You will see the nematodes (teeny tiny worms) in the water if this is the case. If not, it is probably fungal infection or something similar.

I've no idea how to actually cure a fungal infection though. The outlook will probably be just as grim for the T but at least you won't have the contagious aspect to worry about.
