pinhead lateralis or pinhead crickets?

I'm assuming lateralis are a little bigger, are they?
i have a bunch of slings to feed an my discoid an dubia babies are to big! i have had bad experiences with crickets so i avoid them as much as i can.

I was told by a reputable dealer in Califonia that you can make your own food source.Just take a jar put some water in the bottom then inside of the jar place some cantaloupe fly's will lay eggs and presto! haven't tried this myself but it sounds logical enough.Other than that I've fed my littlest guys tiny dubias without any problems. good luck.
