Phidippus audax Box

A Phidippus audax came poking around, so I fed it a cricket and started to get attached to the little guy, so I built him a box. It is made from a Dollar Tree cosmetics box and a cut piece of clear plastic cutlery.

I was working on a parts car yesterday removing the grab handles, and happened to catch one of these. She popped out from behind the handle so I grabbed her up. These really are the 8 legged puppies of arachnids.

Good idea, nice and simple! I always check dollar stores and craft stores for stuff like this.
