petco G. rosea

one of my friends just bought this adult female G. rosea from petco for 19.99. from looking at the T it looked pretty healthy very docile, active and very well fed. "biggo booty". i know alot people talk bad stuff of LPS selling t's but this T looked pretty good. only if they had more T's looking like this coming out of your LPS.

That is true, but i am yet to find a lps here in sa that takes good care of there t's.

i think alot of it is because Ts arent in as high a demand as fish/mammals/birds that they dont really wanna pay extra to get alot of exp. with them they probbaly just get lucky and get that one enthuiast that can point them in the right direction or can work there and kinda keep an eye on the Ts for the store

^ You hit the nail on the head with that one.....and, with luck, a possibility on that latter point. They can't afford to have many workers who take pride in what they do. Knock on wood.... mine has several workers who fit the bill!

ya know i put in a app for petco hoping to go there and make a diff and i told them i speacialised in Ts and reptiles and i was asked if i knew how to groom dogs and said no. then was told to" have a nice day thats all they were looking for". :wall:

ehh no not really i mean yea i was up set but i got a friend there because i frequent the place so much for crixs and i write a list and she kinda hints on or she will just do it i have the rosea off coco bark and on coco fibers now

I acually love my petco. They take amazing care of there animals all ways clean sub when a new animal is put in all ways well fed and clean.

They wouldn't hire me at Petsmart because i have "visible tattoos". I guess appearance is more important than knowledge to them
