Pet Store Cricket with Red on It?

I just bought some small crickets from my local petstore, and noticed that one of them has a reddish spot below the (thorax?) middle of its body. Is it sick, or did I just get an odd one? I'm just asking because I don't want to feed a diseased cricket to my true spiders and poison them or something. Any advice is much appreciated!

Ahaha, thanks. I fed most of the other crickets out yesterday and today none of my spiders seem to have keeled over, so it's probably fine, just unusual. Or cherry flavored.
