:? I'm actually thinking aobout getting some parakeets but i haven't thought about any names yet....anyone wanna just give me me some funny names???? no human names and no names from tv or anything that just something original and/or weird....:?

I have had a few parakeets in my day...
We named them after aircraft, like ones from SAAB, Swedish airforce...

I had a cockatiel named Guiness, for the beer. I had a young male when he came he had baby freakles and his little crest, he looked like Alfalfa from the Little Rascals.. so we called him Rascal. We had a female named Darla..
And one named Rosita, she was a Lutino cross.. Lutino, Latino... Rosita.. a spanish name...
We had a pied/ cinnamon cross and she was called Cinnamon.
YOu can use things you know, or you can be funny..

I had one for 9 years but dont know how old overall. I got out of my car and he landed on my shoulder and went into house with me,lol His name was Peety. Had a fairly large vocabulary also. Little turd was a toe biter though!
