Hi, I got a 3/4in. scorpling from Kelly Swift a while ago. I've been keeping it dry, and it is very fat from moths and small crickets ect. Are these a desert specie, should I increase the humidity? How often do these guys molt?
Thanks,
Steve

I also bought one of Kelly swift's scorplings. I keep it in a dry enclosure (around 60% humidity) with plenty of potsherds and such to hide in. I have also included a small water bowl, a shallow one. The enclosure has 2 or 3 inches of substrate and I made 1/4 of the place sandy. He seems to be fond of the sand area. The scorp is very fat and lively and is doing quite well.
