Has anybody ever seen one of these for sale anywhere or ever kept one?

Yep... I had an adult specimen a few years ago. If I am not mistaken, I think a few dealers had that maybe a year or two ago, but I don't think there were many available for sale. This species isn't very commom in captivity, so if you find someone selling them, I say "grab 'em while you can!"

If Glades Herp has them that would be awesome, but according to their May '03 stocklist, they don't currently have any specimens of Parabuthus spp. Too bad to, as not only is Parabuthus my favorite genus, but P. mossambicensis is a great scorp!!

Storm,

I seriously doubt if anyone has scorps from RSA and if someone did, I doubt they'd fess-up considering RSA's harsh stance on such activities such as moving fauna out of country without hard to obtain research permits to do so!
